Assist in providing technical support to the field technicians who install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair the statewide SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and the corporation’s remotely accessible revenue metering package and telecommunications equipment.

Assists with the administration of the maintenance management system to track maintenance activity and schedule work orders for all GTC transmission lines, substations and electronic assets. Assists group lead with analysis of existing maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities to improve reliability, cost effectiveness, or maintenance practices in the Operations and Maintenance Group. Works with experienced associates to gain understanding of field maintenance activities and to become familiar with transmission line and substation system.
